Return of Goods

- All product returns, if accepted, require a Return Merchandise Number (RMA) please call 1.800.669.2113 or  e-mail us at info@greenair.com. 

• If the goods are deemed returnable and are otherwise in compliance with the provisions of the Contract,  Green Air Products may choose to accept the return of the goods from the Purchaser. A cancellation/restocking  fee may apply and the Purchaser will also reimburse Green Air Products for all costs associated with the  delivery and return of the goods. Goods may not be returned without Green Air Products permission and  transportation for return will not be paid by Green Air Products unless authorized in advance. 

   

• WARRANTY 

  -Green Air Products, LLC. guarantees that the equipment will perform as  implied for the purpose it is intended. 

  -Electronic Products: Green Air Products warrants the original purchaser  of this equipment against defects in mechanical parts and workmanship  for five (5) years, electronic parts for (1) year. At our option we will repair  or replace defective equipment. Warranty service is only performed at  the factory. Any usage contrary to specified application or alterations of  original construction will void warranty obligations. For further warranty  information contact. 

  -Fertilizers, Nutrients, and Amendments: Green Air Products warrants  the original purchaser, if these products are kept out of direct sunlight  and in a climate-controlled environment for up to (3) years for chemical based products and (1) year on organic based products. Products may very  well last much longer FYI. Any usage contrary to specified application or  alterations of original construction will void warranty obligations.
